„Love That Burn is my original workout where we overload the muscles through high repetitions of varied and combined movements. Each class consists of several sets of specifically chosen exercises that guarantee full muscle activation, stimulating them to grow and tone. We work with light dumbbells and resistance bands.
There is no jumping in this workout.
The intensity level is medium.
It is suitable for everyone, as I also show easier variations of the exercises, and you choose the weights you want to train with yourself 🙂

Hello, I am Denitsa!❤️ I love working out and inspiring people to move more! I got hooked on working out when I was 20 years old, and since then, movement has been an integral part of my life. Today I create custom training programs with one main mission — to motivate more people to move, feel good in their bodies, and be healthy for many years to come. I believe that movement is one of the best ways to take care of ourselves, improve our health, and prevent a range of health problems. For me, workouts are not just physical activity; they are an investment in a better quality of life. I am a certified group fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness field. For 5 years I worked at Athletic Fitness, and over the last 3 years I have been part of the Next Level team. I lead group workouts such as Booty, Power Pilates and GetFlex (stretching and mobility), and very recently I started presenting two of my own workouts in the new „Aretia“ gym, located at 52 Nikol Petkov Blvd., 2nd floor. My goal is for every training session to be both effective, diverse, and energizing! I create workouts that activate the entire body, but each one also has its own specific focus. I pay attention to the proper execution of the exercises, support you along the way towards your goals, and motivate you to give your best—so that after each workout you leave with a smile and satisfaction with what you have achieved.
