Effective from 03.09.2026
This website belongs to „LYUBYA“ EOOD, UIC BG208607869, with its registered office and address of management at 15 Slaveykov St., fl. 3, apt. 5, Botevgrad. The policy describes what cookies and similar technologies the LIVRA.bg platform uses and how you manage your choices.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Through them, the site recognises your browser on your next visit and remembers certain settings.
Cookies are session, which are deleted when the browser is closed, and permanent, which remain for a certain period. According to who places them, they are first-hand (from LIVRA.bg) or third-party (from an external service we use).
When do we want consent
Strictly necessary cookies are placed without consent because the site cannot function without them. They are not used for tracking and are not shared with third parties.
All the others are put in place only upon your consent, given via the banner on the first visit. Until you choose, the analytical and marketing tools are not loaded at all.
Strictly necessary cookies
They are always set. Without them, the page does not work properly.
| Name | Issued by | What is it used for | Deadline | View |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | LIVRA.bg | Maintains your connection to the server during your visit — for example, to keep you logged in. | Until the browser is closed | Seating, first page |
| sfc_gdpr_preferences | LIVRA.bg | Saves your cookie preferences so we don't have to ask on every visit. | 1 hour | Permanent, first party |
Analytical cookies
They help us understand how many people visit the site, which pages they look at and where they encounter difficulties. The data is used to improve the platform. They are placed only with your consent.
| Name | Issued by | What is it used for | Deadline | View |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | It distinguishes individual visitors so that they are not counted multiple times. | 2 years | Permanent, third party |
| _ga_8R43T8LYZB | Google Analytics | Retains the state of the current session for Google Analytics 4. | 2 years | Permanent, third party |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | It links your visits together to show how the website is used. | 1 hour | Permanent, third party |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Connects the viewed pages within a single visit. | 1 day | Permanent, third party |
About Microsoft Clarity. As well as statistics, Clarity records how the mouse moves, how people scroll and where they click, and replays the visit as an anonymous visual session. This shows us where people experience difficulties. Text entered by you into name, email, phone and password fields is masked and does not end up in the recordings.
Marketing cookies
They allow us to measure how well our ads reach the right people. They are placed only with your consent.
| Name | Issued by | What is it used for | Deadline | View |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook) | It recognises your browser to measure the results of a Facebook or Instagram ad. | 3 months | Permanent, third party |
Other technologies we use
Besides cookies, the site uses browser local storage (localStorage). It works similarly to cookies, but the data stays only on your device and is not automatically sent with requests to the server.
sfc_gdpr_preferences— your choice for cookies. Always applied.- Meta posts with a prefix
fbapc_, as well aslastExternalReferrerиlastExternalReferrerTime— related to Facebook login and ad measurement. They are set after consent for marketing cookies.
Part of the website's external appearance — the date picker and the sliders — is loaded from external content delivery providers (jsDelivr and npmcdn). They do not set cookies, but they do receive your IP address, as this is technically necessary to deliver the file to you.
How to change or withdraw your consent
Below you can see the choices you have made and you can change them at any time.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, where you have the option to view, delete and block them. If you block strictly necessary ones, some parts of the site will not function properly.
Your consent is stored for a period of one year. After that, we will ask you again.
Third parties
Google, Microsoft and Meta process the data collected via their cookies as independent controllers, in accordance with their own policies:
These companies may transfer data to servers in the USA. More about this in Privacy Policy, section 9.
Changes and contacts
We may update this policy in the event of changes to the tools used or to legislation. The current version is always published here, with its effective date.
If you have any questions, message us on info@livra.bg.
