  1. Subject

This Payment Policy governs the terms and conditions for paying for services provided through the LIVRA.bg platform.

The LIVRA.bg platform provides the opportunity to create and manage profiles for trainees, sports clubs and coaches, publish schedules and accept training bookings.

LIVRA.bg does not participate as a party in the relationships between trainees and sports clubs or coaches regarding the conducting and payment of training sessions.

  1. Paid services

Paid services on the platform are:

  • Membership plans for sports clubs;
  • subscription plans for coaches;
  • additional functionalities when they are introduced and announced on the platform.

All prices are quoted in Euros and include all applicable taxes as required by current legislation.

  1. Prices and subscription plans

LIVRA.bg offers paid subscription plans for sports clubs and coaches, which provide access to certain platform functionalities.

The types of subscription plans, their scope, validity period, and applicable prices are published on the platform's website and are available to users prior to making a payment.

Subscription plans can be monthly, annual, or for another period determined by LIVRA.bg.

Subscription plan prices are stated in euros and include all applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise expressly stated.

LIVRA.bg has the right to offer promotional prices, discounts, free trial periods or special conditions for certain categories of users. These conditions are published separately and apply for the duration of the respective campaign or offer.

Purchasing a subscription plan grants the right to access and use the relevant functionalities of the platform for the selected period, but does not constitute a guarantee of achieving specific results, number of bookings, clients, or revenue.

The user may switch to another subscription plan when such an option is available on the platform, under the terms and conditions published for the respective plan.

  1. Ways of paying

Payment for subscription services is made using electronic payment methods provided within the platform.

Payments are processed through licensed payment service providers, and LIVRA.bg does not store bank card details or other payment instrument information beyond what is necessary to confirm the payment has been made.

  • Automatic renewal

If automatic renewal functionality is present, the subscription will automatically renew for a new subscription period unless the user cancels it before the renewal date.

  • Express consent for automatic renewal

By activating the automatic renewal option, the user agrees for LIVRA.bg to charge the applicable subscription fee for each subsequent subscription period using the selected payment method until the automatic renewal is cancelled by the user.

  • Renewal failed

If automatic renewal fails, the platform may make subsequent attempts to collect the outstanding amount through the payment provider. If payment is unsuccessful, access to paid features may be restricted or terminated until payment is made.

  • Cancel automatic renewal

The user can deactivate automatic renewal at any time from their profile settings. Cancelling automatic renewal does not result in a refund of amounts already paid and takes effect after the end of the current subscription period.

  • Trial period

A free trial period is only provided when such an option is explicitly advertised by LIVRA.bg.

After the free period expires, the subscription will roll into a paid plan according to the terms selected by the user, unless it is cancelled before it expires.

  • Failed payments

In the event of a failed or rejected payment, LIVRA.bg has the right to temporarily restrict access to paid functionalities until the payment is successfully completed.

  • Lack of payment intermediation for training sessions

LIVRA.bg does not accept, process, or collect payments for training sessions, sports activities, services, or other activities provided by clubs and trainers through the platform. All financial relationships between individuals training and clubs or trainers are settled directly between them and outside the platform, unless additional functionalities are introduced in the future, for which users will be notified in advance.

LIVRA.bg is not responsible for payments, refunds, disputes or other financial relationships between trainees, sports clubs and coaches.

  1. Refunds

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable for an already commenced subscription period, except in cases provided for by applicable legislation or in the event of a proven technical error on the platform's part.

Refunds for partially used subscription periods are not provided.

In the event of an established improper or duplicate payment, the user may contact the platform administrator to conduct a check.

  • Changes to prices and services

LIVRA.bg reserves the right to change subscription plan prices.

Changes do not affect already paid current subscription periods and come into effect for the next renewal or new purchase of a service.

Users will be notified appropriately of significant price changes prior to their implementation.

  • Invoicing

If an accounting document needs to be issued, the user must provide the necessary invoicing data in accordance with the applicable legislation.
