Pilates is a low-intensity workout that works to strengthen the muscles and improve body tone. We move slowly and in a controlled manner, breathing purposefully. We use light weights and resistance bands (optional), which help to tone the muscles. We do about 8 sets of dynamic movements. We cover the whole body.

I am a certified group fitness instructor with over 8 years of experience. I create and lead fun, varied and effective group workouts such as "Booty", HIIT, Tabata, Swiss ball, functional training and Pilates. I train for health and want to motivate more people to move and stay healthy for years to come :) I currently instruct at Next Level gyms in Sofia. In the future, I would like to open my own group fitness studio and create my own signature workouts, which I will also upload to YouTube.
