I am an instructor and coach with over 8 years of experience in yoga practices, 3 years in Kangoo Jumps, and 6 years in meditations and sound therapies. I lead Vinyasa yoga practices, group meditations, and individual therapeutic sessions with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and the gong. In my work, I combine movement, breath, sound, and awareness to help people release tension, restore their inner balance, and build a deeper connection with themselves and their bodies.
