Тази тренировка е замразена и не приема нови записвания.
Initial consultation is suitable for coaches who have a specific case involving an athlete, group or team and are looking for a psychological perspective and practical guidance.
We can discuss difficulties in communication, a decline in motivation or confidence, reactions after a mistake or loss, behavior under pressure, the difference between performance in training and competition, and situations where the usual approach of the coach does not yield the desired results.
During the meeting, we will look at what you are observing, in what situations the problem manifests itself, how the athlete(s) are reacting, and what you have already tried. The goal is to look at the situation from a different perspective and outline specific and applicable guidelines that you can use in the training and competition process.
In-person consultations are held in Sofia, at the coach's place.
Duration – up to 90 minutes – 80 €
When the specific case requires individual work with athletes, this can be discussed as a separate next step.

Diana Vangelova
My name is Diana Vangelova - a sports psychologist-consultant with over 12 years of experience in individual work with athletes, parents and coaches. I believe that sporting performance does not depend solely on physical and technical preparation. The way in which the athlete thinks, reacts to stress, accepts mistakes, rebuilds their confidence and maintains their motivation in difficult periods is also equally important for their development. In my work, I prioritize the person over the result. My goal is for the athlete to gradually build their own skills in self-regulation, concentration, confidence, and psychological resilience, which they can use independently both in sports and outside of it. I work individually and adapt the approach to the specific person, the sport, the age, the situation, and their goals.
